It comes with an adjustable seat and also includes a large foot platform, offering an easy change of positions, such as those for calf raises.  This Leg Press has all the essential features necessary for quality seated leg presses, and some of them include shafts, oversized foot platform, adjustable seat and support pads.

If a 150kg weight stack isn't enough, there is an extra space for the Olympic plates which can add up to an extra 200kg on top of the 150kg weight stack.  Plate tree is not included.  It includes an adjustable leg pad, rubber feet, integral bearing system, warning decals, training placards and large foot platform offering an easy change of positions.
