Machine has handles placed above the thigh pads to enhance stability. In addition, the grips are held in place to prevent slipping off during the use with supporting aluminium collars.  All guidelines are inscribed with clear illustrations on the procedure of each routine and the possible adjustments of the machine. It includes an adjustable leg pad, rubber feet, integral bearing system, warning decals, training placards.
