Vertical Seated Row
The Vertical Row machine combines all the necessary features and functions to make up a selectorized machine that emulates real rowing movements, making it easy for the muscles to move. Because they possess natural motion paths, stress and fatigue can be prevented from happening.
It also comes with a padded backrest and thigh pad that provides additional comfort to users of all levels. In short, this selectorized system helps to achieve effective movements and guaranteed results. For safety, users should keep their back straight but avoid letting the weight to go loose. It promotes excellent muscle development and strength, especially for the latissimus dorsi, the rhomboids, the teres major and erector spinae.
