Smith Machine/Squat Rack

The Smith Machine has a walk-through design at a 7-degree angle to follow the exact free weight path used in standard Olympic lifting. Users can perform front squats that targets the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps and can do the seated overhead press routines that works on the three deltoid heads, in particular to the middle and the front ones.

The user can also perform drag curl workouts on the long and short biceps but give more emphasis to the long head.  Athletes can also place a barbell on the opposite side safely, allowing two people to use the machine at once. Safety catch pins are easy and comfortable to use under a lot of pressure.  Squat rack is at the back of the machine.
