Multi Hip

Multi hip training is essential in teaching the hip adductors and abductors, the hip flexors and extensors to work co-ordinately so that the body can prevent injuries from daily sports activities.

The multi hip station has a design that promotes and establishes balance, co-ordination and strength of the hip muscles.  It comes with a gas spring assist on its adjustable workout platform to provide convenient and safe training to users of all levels.  It also comes with handrails to stabilize users in training and has adjustable roller pads to keep the user secured and aligned to ensure that the user has correct biomechanical position.  The machine is made up with tough and quality components and parts that allow delivering great performance each time.
